Refund policy

Returns are made for a refund. You have 15 days from the receipt of your package to make your return. For changes you must make a new purchase at KANTU HANDMADE.

You just have to follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@kantuhandmade.com indicating your name, surname and the problem with your product.

2. Send the product you want to return by any mail service that provides a tracking number; never by ordinary mail. 

* Cost of the return subject to national postal rate.

You have 15 days from the receipt of your package to make your return. Please use proper packaging to ensure that items arrive at KANTU HANDMADE in perfect condition. You can use the original box in which you received your order.
